The sponsored pro roster of Ultimate Poker is shorter by two (perhaps three) after the departure of Randy Dorfman and Tom Marchese this week.
Dorfman originally signed with Ultimate in June of 2013 and was a vocal booster of Ultimate, especially on Twitter. Marchese came on board in early September 2013.
Ultimate Poker is currently live in Nevada and is expected to be among the first online poker sites to launch in New Jersey in late November.
Dorfman and Marchese both took to Twitter to offer some context for their respective exits.
A lack of belief that their feedback was resulting in a better product for players appeared to be a driving force in both player’s decision to leave Ultimate Poker:

I quit working for ultimate poker. I was unwilling to endorse a company that cares little about offering a first rate product.

Of the above players, only Collins offered any public comment on the departures:

Gavin Griffin, who signed on at the same time as Dorfman, is also absent from the Ultimate Poker list of pros.
There has been no official announcement or confirmation of his current status at Ultimate.
