According to a report from Gambling911, former Absolute Poker principal Brent Beckley has been released from federal custody roughly 10 months into a 14-month sentence.

A search of the Federal Bureau of Prisons Inmate Locator suggests that Beckley is still in custody. The site claims to be updated daily. I have not seen the news confirmed by a source other than G911.
A shortened sentence wouldn’t come as a complete surprise, as the DoJ argued aggressively for leniency in Beckley’s case (although the original 14-month sentence itself was generally considered lenient).
